1. What Reelo is
Reelo is an orchestration layer on top of Meta AI's text-to-video. You bring your own meta.ai session (BYOC). We do not resell Meta AI capacity — your cookie = your quota.
2. Eligibility
18+. Not a sanctioned entity. You must comply with Meta AI's own terms when using your session through Reelo.
3. What you promise
- Lawful content. No content violating Meta AI's policy, no CSAM, no targeted harassment, no impersonation, no election manipulation.
- Your cookie is your responsibility. We will not defend you against Meta platform actions based on content you generate.
- You own your prompts and your output. You grant Reelo only what's necessary to operate the service (storage, caption generation).
4. What we guarantee — and what we don't
- Best-effort orchestration: scheduling, retries, stitching, captions, delivery.
- We do not guarantee Meta AI will accept any specific prompt. Refusals are Meta's.
- We do not guarantee cookie longevity or Meta AI availability.
5. Pricing, refunds
- Starter (Rp 50.000/mo): pro-rated refund within 7 days if < 10 clips used.
- Pro (Rp 150.000/mo): pro-rated refund within 7 days if < 10 clips used.
- Lifetime (Rp 2.000.000): 14-day refund if < 30 clips used.
- Free trial: no refunds (it's free).
6. API (Lifetime tier and above)
Fair use. Rate limits published per tier. We may revoke keys for abuse.
7. Termination
We may terminate for violations with email notice. No refund for terminations due to violation.
8. Liability
Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law
Indonesian law. Venue: Jakarta Selatan district court.
